Delete your account
On Air, operated by JKULDEV LLC · Effective 20 September 2026
You can delete your account yourself, in the
app. Open your profile and choose Delete account —
on the web it is in the menu behind your avatar, and on the phone it is at the
bottom of the You screen. You will be asked for your password to confirm
(or, if you signed in with Google or Apple and so have no password, to type
your handle). It happens immediately.
If you cannot reach the app — you have lost the device, or you cannot sign
in — write to us instead and we will do it by hand, within 30 days, free.
1. How to ask
Email support@onairlegends.com
from the address on the account, with the word
DELETE and your username in the message. Sending it from the
account's own address is how we know it is you; if you cannot, tell us and we
will find another way to check rather than take a stranger's word for it.
We answer within 30 days and we do not charge for it. If the request is
refused you will be told why.
2. What is deleted
Your account, and everything that only exists because of it:
- Your name, email address, date of birth, gender and username
- Your password (a scrypt hash — we never hold the password itself)
- Your watchlist, follows, and the channels you are a member of
- Points, channel points and any unspent Gold Coins
- Advertising campaigns you created, their budgets and any ad-free passes
- Push-notification tokens for your devices, so nothing can be sent to
them again
3. What is not, and why
Three things outlive the account, and each for a reason we can state:
- Programmes you published. A catalogue row you added
loses its owner rather than being deleted — somebody may be part-way
through watching it, and the credit was never the same thing as the
content.
- Anything taken down on a copyright notice. That record
is the evidence the notice was acted on, and it is what a repeat-infringer
count is read from. A publisher who could erase it could erase their own
record.
- Ledger rows for money that actually moved. Purchases,
payouts and the platform's share are accounting records we are required
to keep. They are kept for seven years and hold the
amount, the date and an internal account reference — not your name or
your address.
Nothing else is retained on a clock: the deletion is immediate once we
process it, and backups roll off within 30 days.
4. Comments are a special case
There is nothing to delete. Comments travel straight between viewers over a
peer-to-peer connection and no On Air server ever receives one, so they are not
stored anywhere to begin with. See the
Privacy Notice.
5. Deleting some of it, without deleting the account
You can ask for that too, at the same address — a copy of what we hold, a
correction, or the removal of one thing rather than all of it. Signing out of
a device revokes that device's session and its push token on its own.

hold and why.
