Terms of Service
On Air, operated by JKULDEV LLC · Version 2026-09-12 · Effective 12 September 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and JKULDEV LLC
("On Air", "we", "us") when you use the On Air website, desktop app or mobile
app. By creating an account or watching a stream you accept them.
They are the spine. The detail lives in documents of its own, and each one
is part of this agreement: Community Guidelines,
Creator Terms, Payments,
Subscriptions & Refunds, Advertiser Terms,
Copyright & DMCA, Privacy
Notice and Cookie Notice.
1. Who may use On Air
- You must be at least 13. If the law where you live sets
a higher minimum age for agreeing to terms like these, that age applies to
you instead.
- Some channels and broadcasts are marked 18+. You must be
18 or over to open one, and we may refuse an account whose recorded date of
birth says otherwise. A signed-out visitor cannot open one at all.
- One person, one account. You are responsible for everything done under
it, and for keeping your password to yourself.
- We may refuse or close an account where we are required to, or where the
account exists to get round a previous closure.
2. What you may not do
The full list, with the reasoning, is in the
Community Guidelines. In summary: do not publish what
you have no right to publish, do not endanger or abuse anybody, do not
impersonate, do not record or restream what you watch here, and do not attack
or circumvent the service.
3. Reporting something, and what we do
Every stream and every broadcast carries a Report control,
and it works without an account. Copyright follows the separate procedure in
the DMCA policy. Everything else is described in the
Guidelines, including the queue, the possible
outcomes and the strike ladder.
We may remove anything, disable any channel and close any account when we
conclude these terms have been broken. Where we can, we tell you what was
removed and why, and you can answer a copyright decision with a
counter-notice.
4. Content you publish
4.1 You keep what you make
You keep ownership of what you broadcast and post. You grant On Air a
worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, transmit, cache,
re-encode, display and promote it for as long as you keep it on On Air, plus a
short period afterwards for backups and for records we are required to keep.
That licence exists so we can run the service — it lets us show your stream,
not sell it to anyone else.
4.2 You must actually hold the rights
Before you broadcast anything you must hold every right needed for it: the
video, the audio, the music, the commentary, any sports or event footage, and
the appearance of anybody in shot. Each time you go live On Air asks you to
confirm this, and the confirmation is part of these terms. See
Creator Terms §2.
4.3 Copyright strikes
When a copyright notice against your material is upheld, your account
receives a strike:
| Strikes | What happens |
| 1 | The material comes down. You are told why. |
| 2 | You can no longer start a broadcast. |
| 3 | Your account is closed. |
You can answer any strike with a counter-notice — the procedure is in the
DMCA policy. A withdrawn strike stops counting. These
numbers are published so they are a rule rather than a mood.
4.4 Our own catalogue
Channels and programmes On Air lists itself are published by us, not by a
user. If you hold rights in one of them, tell us through the
DMCA policy and we will take it down.
5. Money
Prices, renewals, the four balances, creator splits and refunds are all in
Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds. Two points
belong here because they are conditions of the agreement rather than details of
a price:
- Gold Coins, channel points and points have no cash
value. None of them can be withdrawn, and winnings and points
can never become money. Backing an outcome on On Air is therefore not
betting or gambling, and we do not offer either.
- If we close your account for breaking these terms,
unspent balances are forfeited and we may withhold unpaid earnings
attributable to the breach. Earnings not attributable to it remain
payable.
6. Advertising
Free accounts see advertising, some of it served by Google. Paid plans and
an ad-free day remove On Air's advertising. Channels we carry as embedded
YouTube videos never carry On Air advertising at all — YouTube's own rules
govern those players, and any advertising inside one is YouTube's, not ours.
Buying advertising is covered by the Advertiser
Terms.
7. Availability, and changes to the service
On Air is provided as it is. We do not promise that a particular channel,
programme or match will be available, or that the service will be
uninterrupted: what we carry depends on rights that change and on third
parties we do not control. We may add, change or remove channels and
features.
Comment rooms are peer-to-peer and keep no history. A room that opens empty
is expected rather than broken, and a room that cannot be opened costs you the
chat and not the stream.
8. Ending it
You may stop using On Air and delete your account at any time, from
Settings. Deleting your account removes your profile, watch
history, comments and balances; it does not remove the payment and copyright
records named in the Privacy Notice §6.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that reaches
three copyright strikes, or where we are required to. We will tell you when we
do, unless telling you is itself unlawful.
9. Disclaimers and limits
To the fullest extent the law allows, On Air is provided without warranties
of any kind, and our total liability to you for any claim relating to the
service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve
months before the claim, or US$50.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including for
death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud — and nothing here
removes a consumer right you have where you live.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of
the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard
to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts there have exclusive
jurisdiction — except that either of us may seek an injunction anywhere it is
needed to protect intellectual property, and except where the law where you
live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
Please write to us before starting a claim. Most of what reaches a lawyer
would have been settled by an email.
11. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The version and date at the top of this page
always say which version is current. If a change materially reduces your
rights we will tell you inside the app before it takes effect, and continuing
to use On Air after that is your acceptance. Which version you accepted is
recorded against your account.
