Cookie Notice

On Air, operated by JKULDEV LLC · Effective 12 September 2026

Its own page because it is its own question, and because the honest answer is short: On Air itself stores two things in your browser, and neither is used for advertising. The advertising cookies you may meet on a free account are Google's.

1. What On Air stores

WhatWhereWhyHow long
Your sign-in tokenLocal storage Keeping you signed in, so the app does not ask on every visit Until you sign out, or the session expires
A random device identifierLocal storage Counting devices, so one account cannot be used as several audiences at once. It is a value we generate at random — not a fingerprint of your device, and not shared with anyone Until you clear site data
Your last language, quality and chat-room choices Local storage So a stream opens the way you left it Until you clear site data

None of these is a tracking cookie, none is read by a third party, and none of them follows you to another site. On the desktop app the sign-in token is sealed with the operating system's keystore instead; on the phone it is in the Keychain or under a Keystore-wrapped key.

2. Advertising cookies, on free accounts

Free accounts are shown advertising, some of it served by Google. Google and its partners may set and read cookies on your device to select and measure those adverts, and that is Google's processing rather than ours.

3. Embedded YouTube players

Some channels are embedded YouTube videos. When one plays, YouTube receives the request directly from your device and may set its own cookies. Those players never carry On Air advertising — YouTube's rules govern them, and anything you see inside one is YouTube's.

4. Turning them off

You can clear or block site data in your browser's settings at any time. Blocking On Air's own storage means you will be signed out on every visit and the one-screen-per-account rule will count you as a new device each time; the service otherwise works. Blocking Google's means adverts are selected without that history, not that they stop.
