Community Guidelines
On Air, operated by JKULDEV LLC · Effective 12 September 2026
What is allowed on a stream and in a comment room, how to report something,
and what happens next. These guidelines are part of the
Terms of Service.
1. The line
Two questions decide almost everything: is it yours to
publish, and does it endanger anybody.
Never, under any circumstances
- Sexual content involving a minor, or anything that sexualises a minor. We
remove it, close the account, and report it to the authorities.
- Content that promotes or instructs terrorism or mass violence.
- Credible threats against a person or a place.
- Content that encourages somebody to harm or kill themselves.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, or recording somebody where they have a
reasonable expectation of privacy.
Not allowed
- Material you do not hold the rights to — a match, a
film, a TV channel, a music track. This is the commonest reason an account
is closed here; see Copyright & DMCA.
- Attacks on people for who they are: race, religion, caste, ethnicity,
nationality, disability, gender or sexual orientation.
- Harassment, pile-ons, or sustained abuse of one person.
- Impersonating a person, a brand or a broadcaster — including in a channel
name, a handle or a stream title.
- Graphic violence or gore for its own sake.
- Sexual content outside a channel marked 18+, and
pornography anywhere.
- Selling or promoting what cannot lawfully be sold: weapons, drugs, stolen
goods, forged documents, accounts.
- Spam, misleading titles, engagement farming, and artificially inflating
views, follows or ad clicks.
- Recording, restreaming or redistributing anything you watch on On Air.
Allowed, with a label
Adult-but-legal material — strong language, adult themes, some medical or
combat footage — belongs on a channel marked 18+. Marking it
is a real gate, not a courtesy: a signed-out visitor cannot open it, and
neither can an account whose date of birth says under 18.
2. Comment rooms
Comments travel directly between viewers. The server
relays the handshake and no message text passes through it, so there is no
transcript — which means there is also nothing for us to retrieve after the
fact, and a report about a comment is a report about the person who sent
it.
Sending needs an account. That is enforced where the message is sent, not by
hiding the box: in a peer network there is no server to refuse a message
afterwards.
3. Reporting something
Every stream and every broadcast carries a Report control,
under the picture on the web and desktop and on the picture on the phone. It
needs no account.
- Pick what is wrong. "Something else" needs a note.
- Leave an email if you are signed out, so we can tell you what
happened.
- You are given a reference. Quote it if you ever need to
ask about the report.
Copyright has its own form and its own legal requirements —
see the DMCA policy. It is reached from the same control.
Reports are worked through oldest first. We do not
prioritise by who filed them.
4. What we do about it
| Outcome | What it means |
| Taken down |
The stream is switched off. For a copyright notice this also records
a strike against the account that published it |
| Taken down, no strike |
For the honest mistake — a clip somebody believed was cleared. The
material still comes off |
| No action |
We looked and concluded the guidelines were not broken |
| Restored |
We removed something and were wrong, or a counter-notice
succeeded |
Nothing is deleted from our records when a report is decided — it is marked
decided. We have to be able to show what we did and when.
5. Strikes, and when an account closes
Copyright strikes are counted and published:
two stops you broadcasting, three closes the
account. A withdrawn strike stops counting, and an account closed only because
of strikes reopens if the count falls below three.
Conduct is judged case by case rather than counted — a hate-speech report
and a spam report are not two thirds of the same thing. Serious conduct can
close an account on the first occasion.
6. If we get it wrong
Copyright decisions can be answered with a counter-notice
(procedure). For anything else, write to
support@onairlegends.com with your reference
and we will look again.
